Stunning example of Mercedes Flagship 6.3 300 SEL Original datacards Havana Red-Brown with Mink Velour interior 6.3 Litre M100 V8 engine This Mercedes 300 SEL is fitted with the company’s extremely powerful 6.3 litre M100 V8 engine that featured in the luxurious Mercedes 600 Pullman limousine. This powerful combination created what many regarded to be the first ‘super saloon’, capable of reaching cruising speeds of 125mph with astonishing acceleration in absolute luxury. With air suspension, automatic transmission, central locking and power steering all being standard features, at a time when most manufacturers didn’t even list them as extras, the 300 SEL became synonymous with luxurious travel. These features produce a car that is easy to drive, even for the modern motorist. Our car drives effortlessly with its 6.3 litre engine that is coupled to an automatic gearbox, gear changes are smooth and with air suspension and Velour seats, the ride is both comfortable and luxurious.
